Fikra has provided training consultants specializing in enhancing work relationships, improving the work environment, and activating mechanisms for social dialogue at the organizational, regional, industrial, professional, and national levels. These consultants have supplied the project with scientific and training materials.
Fikra, through its experts, participated in developing a standard guide (procedures) for managing the affairs of labor unions at the Ministry of Labor. This guide aims to ensure the ease and implementation of Law No. (213) of the year 2017 concerning labor unions and the protection of the right to unionize. The company also conducted a study to identify the training needs of employees in the Labor Relations and Organizations Affairs departments at the Ministry of Labor.
Furthermore, Fikra actively contributed to proposing amendments to the Supreme Council for Social Dialogue, designing training materials for its members, as well as representatives of workers and employers regarding social dialogue.”
